See the Wagner’s collections as you’ve never seen them before with our new Evening with an Expert series—intimate, scholar-led tours that highlight specific areas of our collection. For our first Evening with an Expert, we’ll focus on our fascinating insect collection with Greg Cowper, an entomologist at the Academy of Natural Sciences and a member of the Wagner faculty. He will share stories and facts about our six-legged invertebrates, including collection and preparation techniques and what makes our specimens scientifically and locally significant. The tour will conclude with an exclusive unveiling of Cowper’s new installation of insects collected from the Wagner yard, which will be on display in the museum as a temporary exhibit.

Tour is limited to 20 participants.

Cost: $30; $20 for members*
