Programs for Home Schooled Children
The Institute is pleased to offer free science lessons for children, ages 6+, who are home schooled or in groups of fewer than 10 children. Reservations are required. These monthly programs consist of an interactive lesson followed by a scavenger hunt in the museum gallery.

Have you ever thought about the importance of flowers and the animals that make them possible? Learn about different pollinators and their impact on our lives. Activities will include a scavenger hunt in our natural history exhibition hall, demonstrations on honey extraction with a live beehive and beeswax candle making.
This program is FREE but reservations are required.
